Rt. 104 strives to bring a classic brew to you! Each day we serve many shots of espresso in various iced or hot drinks. We endeavor to serve, not only an aesthetic look, but a taste that matches!
What’s special about our brew! It’s not just the system of pulling the perfect shot. The originality starts before the coffee reaches the cup; it starts with the bean!
Our supplier, Mama Java Coffee, is a small business roastery that curates many flavors, roasts and blends of fresh roasted coffee form all over the world.
Messy Bun Coffee, a signature blend from Mama Java and the bestseller at Beth’s Creations, is the kick behind our caffeine. This medium roast coffee has a smooth, full bodied blend of Central and South American coffee, with cupping notes of nuts and caramel. You will not be dissapointed!
From Bean to Cup
Mama Java Coffee comes from small coffee farmers around the world. Their beans are handpicked to avoid unripe coffee cherries that will make your coffee bitter.
After the coffee cherries have been dried sorted & graded for excellence, they are shipped to Mama Java’s roastery.
Each day this roastery hand crafts small batches of coffee. Using only 100% Arabica Beans unlike most large supermarket coffees which are mixed with a lower quality bean.
Every order is roasted and shipped the same day! This is freshness that can be tasted! The coffee you enjoy here at Rt. 104 Coffee Shop has been roasted only 14 - 21 days before we used it!

Behind the Decafe Bean
Mama Java’s decafe beans are special! Why? They are decaffeinated using an invironmentally friendly, chemical-free, 99.9% caffeine-free water process all the while still retaining the health-boosting antioxidants that make coffee so good for you! This process is titled the Swiss Water Process and is the most popular decaffeination process, for flavor and high quality, used amonst “gourmet” coffee brands.
